Commission Work
About 99% of the work performed here is by commission, whereas a client comes to me with a concept, a sketch, a photo, etc. and we discuss whatever they desire to have custom-made. This is accomplished in person, over the telephone, and most often by email and texts.
The Process
All the creations made here are 100% solid wood. No veneers, particle board, or composites. Everything is built to last generations. All pieces are made from lumber cut and cured here, from timbers recovered or harvested locally, then milled into usable components.
Refurbish & Repairs
Often a client will want to have a family heirloom restored. It is a painstaking process but always rewarding. It is not something I seek but will accommodate those genuinely wanting to restore a family treasure.
